I don’t have any funny new years videos, just yet but I just wanted to say happy New Years Eve to all! 2009 has been such a great year for me but at the same time I am so ready to move on with things. I started my blog this year :), and although the way it is now is totally different from the way it used to be, or the way I intended it to be it slowly but surely became something I began to fall madly in love with. As you can see there have been a lack of updates because it’s all ending! I’ll still have the site open but besides that I’ll no longer post anymore updates…for now I’m still processing but I do not believe so. Blogging is something I’d rather do for myself then for the people but the only thing that makes me skeptical is the fact that liked doing it “for the people” so for now we shall see but for the most part no more viva la juicy. :0
I know half of the people reading this are prob like “bitch who yew?!!” but it meant a lot to me so I couldn’t just leave it hanging.

I had the idea to do this after I finally downloaded Rihanna’s CD. I thought that both of them would really bring their best bet to the table and try to prove themselves after everything that happened. At first I believed that they would be both all about each other and they weren’t,well not exactly. So let’s start with Rated R, the album I heard first. The first song that really stuck out to me on this was G4L, I really like that song. Like although she may be taking this Good Girl Gone Bad image to the extra mile, it works & that is what I like. My favorite, favorite song on there is Fire Bomb. The songs that she picks are good for her lack of talent abilities [does that make sense?] Russian Roulette is a song that has grown on me. My other favorites are Rockstar 101, Photographs and Hard [of course]. The whole album in general is very good to me. It comes close to her GGGB album which is veryyyy good.
I was actually expecting Chris to come VERY hard with Graffiti but all I heard was AUTO-TUNE -_-. The album crossed over more to the pop -ish side, which I believe Chris has been shooting for ever since Forever. And not all of the songs are secondarily bad, but their just not my type of music. I like the electro genre, but when you try to cross R&B,auto-tune and electro into one… I get lost [ I really can’t get over the auto-tune]. My favorite song on there,besides Crawl is Famous Girl. The melody is so cute and I like how he incorporates all of the artists in there. I also like Sing Like Me, Lucky Me, Fallin’ Down, and Take My Time. WOOO Take My Time a BIG step up from Take You Down, in a good way.
I favor Rihanna’s album more than Chris’ #attheendoftheday. I was actually surprised because to me, Rihanna’s album was more about Chris than his album was about her. Either way I think both albums are good and something you should look into buying/downloading

Yay, yay, yay!! New video from Kid Cudi. I’m very excited to see this becasue I was wondering where the hell he went. I don’t know if it was just me, but he seemed to be like 5 secs. behind the lyrics so I think the video just had a problem. I think the concept is pretty interesting and I dig the slow motion. And damnit Drake can you just stop being everywhere we fcking TURN?!!!

The video for Say Something feat. Drake dropped recently, and I was just…confused. When I first heard the song I thought it was bananas. The beat is just lovely, the hook is alright, drake’s lines are alright too but I thought they did well with the song. The I heard Lupe’s version and ever since then I’ve thought the one with Drake was some crap. Then I watch the video and hear this version…..WHAT?! It’s not bad but still. And why was Timbaland rocking those It’s All About The Benjamins looking sunglasses I felt like the video was supposed to be in another year. AND was it supposed to be comical?! Cause I didn’t get it,and then Drake in the studio all of it was just one big mumbo jumbo. I guess the video was alright #atthendoftheday but something was just off about it in my eyes. Drake is EVERYWHERE this dude will not let you forget him I think this upcoming year will be crazy for him.

I’ve been gone for a lifetime and I am sooooo sorry! Blame HP!! My computer was down for sometime, but now it’s up and running again..for now -_-. So I thought I’d come back with two new videos! This is the One Love video from Trey Songz. This is undoubtedly my favorite song off of Ready I am in love with it. I like this video, it’s much different than what I expected it to be, and the fact that he is actually singing makes me love the song and him (as an artist) even more.

This video may be old to you but I feel like I was left in the stone age for one week. I saw it for the first time while watching TV for once in my life, the video is typical DJ Khaled type but I really like the song. Which surprised me a lot kind of because I like DJ Khaled songs, but this one really caught my attention. Usher’s voice on the hook is niceee.

the video for Live A Little dropped earlier this week but I had to post it, first of all this is one of the few songs that Disashi wrote (the black guy) and one of the few he has sang on. I loved it, and the concept of the song.

A new Justin Timberlake and Timbaland song recently leaked into the internet world entitled Crazy/Crazy Girl, I’ve seen both titles so I’m not too sure which one is the real title. I also believe this will be on Timbaland’s album Shock Value 2 which drops on December 8th. I was pretty excited when I saw about this because I think they are one of the best teams, and Future Sex/Love Sounds proves it all. I also think that when Timbaland works together with someone the chemistry is just great i.e Missy Elliot and Nelly Furtado. This song is alright thought, not as good as I expected but not bad either. The concept is quite funny to me though. I have a feeling it will grow on me after a few listens.

I did a post like this way back and decided to do it again because I have come across so very nice blogs lately. It’s only three but they are very good blogs. Being a fellow ‘blogger’ myself(I use that term loosely) I really enjoy looking around at other people’s blogs. It’s nice too see what others are doing that you are not and it can fuel up some good ideas, in a non jocking way. They are all different in their own ways, obviously, which makes them well a ..legit blog. They consist of everything I love fashion,GOOD music and other things that I may not LOVE but I do find interesting. Sooo, I suggest you check them out and add them onto your daily blog roll.
